Meaningul Leaders is an ARGO initiative that aims to distinguish the talents in the national market in the light of the Meaningful Leadership Model, developed by Professor Milton de Sousa, from Nova SBE.

“Meaningful Leadership is the ability to positively influence others through a meaningful, objective and coherent organizational narrative, enabling people to act accordingly and guiding them towards meaningful work.” (de sousa, 2024).”

This model is especially relevant in the current context, where profound changes in the way people relate to their professional activity are reflected in significant changes in the job market and present new challenges for organizations.

This initiative focuses on leaders who positively influence others through a coherent organizational narrative geared towards meaningful work. The main objectives are to give visibility to leaders with a real and relevant impact and to create a community of purposeful leaders whose stories can inspire others.
